The bartending course takes place once a week for 4 academic hours over a 3 month period. Upon completion of the course, the participants will be awarded an International Bartending Certificate that's recognized worldwide.
The Flair Master Bartending School is run by Shuki Zilberman and Tsafrir Toledano since 2005. The lessons consist of both theoretical and applied learning, including history of each brand of alcohol, different forms of preparation, the way to mix a variety of cocktails, bartending tricks (flaring) and more. The course takes place in a real bar and lessons are taught with real alcohol.
