Program Schedule:
Students in the full Master's in Israel program engage in an action packed weekly schedule of events, including graduate studies, travel, lectures and group activities. A significant amount of free time is built into the schedule; there is adequate time for studying and exploring Tel Aviv. Students are free almost every weekend (Friday & Saturday), and on some weekdays to study, explore Tel Aviv, travel and visit family. There will be at least two week-long vacations (Passover break, for example) during which students are encouraged to travel abroad, or explore Israel for an extended period.
Orientation Week
During the first week of the program our students do not attend class, rather they engage in a series of Israel engagement and group building activities designed to serve as an introduction to Tel Aviv culture and community life.
Academic Calendar
The academic year is divided into quarters: two semesters (during which classes meet twice a week for 12 weeks) and two sessions (during which classes meet three times a week for nine weeks).
