The B-1 Work Visa is a temporary work permit issued by the Israeli government to foreign nationals. Your post Masa work visa is a one time visa and cannot be extended. You may however apply for a different B/1 Work Visa category, which is based on proof of Judaism. This visa is for two years, with the option to extend for up to five years. The name of visa is "ב/1 זכאי שבות".

We strongly recommend that for the first step, you visit in the Ministry of Interior in person, in order to confirm the exact document submission requirements, as the process can vary depending on your individual status (country of origin, age etc). For example, if you were born in a non-English-speaking country, the Ministry may require official documents to be translated into English or Hebrew.
This process can take time, so we suggest starting it as early as possible. Once you formally submit your visa application, the Ministry will forward your documents to the Jewish Agency to verify your Jewish status. This verification typically takes 2–3 weeks. After approval, the Ministry will contact you to come in and have your visa issued.
